Dinner for two . . .
. . . leaves us with lots of leftovers. I think I need to find some recipes designed for two people. We did like this Indian Spiced Chicken recipe -- hopefully, it will reheat well!
"Sometimes I wonder about my life. I lead a small life. Valuable, but small. And sometimes I wonder, do I do it because I like it, or because I haven’t been brave? So much of what I see reminds me of something I’ve read in a book, when shouldn’t it be the other way around? I don’t really want an answer. I just want to send this cosmic question out into the void. So, goodnight, dear void."

Hi there -- I'm here from the BJU Bloggers site. This post caught my eye because, since my sons have gotten old enough to be in youth group activities, often I've found just my husband and I available for meals. I know I used to cook for two when we first got married, but I'd forgotten how. :) I like the Cooking For 2 magazine, a spin-off of Taste of Home. They have a web site at http://www.cookingfor2.com/Default.aspx?r_d=y
Thanks! When I was at Target today, I saw that magazine and picked up a copy. :-)
